Our Seasonal Menu.

  • Included to honor the ancient Sardinian preservation techniques, these cured meats and cheeses evoke the rural roots of our family.

  • The fusion of techniques and flavors elevate this elegant and tasty recipe.

  • Introduced to celebrate the freshness of local meats, paired with bottarga and Béarnaise Sauce to enhance its flavor, it reflects the vibrancy of our land.

  • Three ingredients prepared our way: parsley, garlic-infused oil, and the cardoncello mushroom with its rich vegetable jus.

  • Ravioli filled with chicken, served with a rich jus, rooster combs, and a creamy goat cheese fondue that brings everything together with bold yet balanced flavor. A dish that blends tradition and character.

  • An iconic dish, it ties the art of weaving to the flavor of sheep, which has always been present in our home.

  • Forbidden to call it 'fregola'. This dish is a tribute to Marmilla and the family dairy.

  • This dish evokes the dedication of our parents and uncles in raising goats, cooked slowly to emphasise the connection with the land.

  • A boldly flavored piglet terrine, accompanied by slowly cooked agretti, carrots, and sesame, creating a balance of intense and delicate flavors.

  • A traditional dessert that is a must-have. Everyone has their own recipe; we follow our aunt's.

  • A fusion of the old and the new. Some are reminded of Carapigna, and others, like us, are reminded of summer in the countryside.

  • A fragrant and tasty dessert: delicate Grand Marnier cream, sweet plums, toasted almonds for a crunchy touch, and a crumbly shortcrust base. A well-balanced dessert full of flavor.

  • Contribution for fresh bread and service.
